With our commercial real estate knowledge and technical expertise  our clients are assured of securing the greatest value for their rental dollar.  And it doesn't stop there because our service and support continues from the day we first meet to throughout your term of occupancy.

If it is better to remain and renew your office lease, The Navigator will guide your through your negotiations with your landlord.  With us at your side, you will receive more favorable terms and conditions than if you had negotiated your lease renewal on your own.  We guarantee it.

What Makes The Navigator Different
Firmly focused on tenant representation, The Navigator takes its fiduciary responsibility very seriously. We never prejudice our client's interests by the all too common dilemma of dual tenant/landlord representation plaguing our industry. This loyalty and personal service makes The Navigator different from everybody else in the commercial real estate business.
