About Michael DiDonato, President and CEO
The Navigator Consulting Group, Ltd. was launched by Mr. Michael DiDonato in 1990 after realizing the market's need for strategic guidance and planning in the highly competitive commercial real estate arena. Under his direction, The Navigator fulfills that mission by servicing clients throughout the metro-New York and Long Island areas, primarily as a tenant representation broker.
The consultancy provides a host of services, including economic feasibility studies, site needs and utilization analysis, market and positioning studies of commercial properties, and market analyses and forecasting. Much of the data collected through The Navigator's work are used in comparative buy/lease decisions.

He has handled assignments for a wide variety of clients, including Xerox, The Equitable, New York Presbyterian Hospital, Upjohn, Michelin, The Bank of New York, Open Link Financial, AmeriCorp, Intermark Communications, National Registered Agents, and many other organizations. He has served with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey where he managed leasing and budgeting for facilities including The World Trade Center and Port Newark/Port Elizabeth.
